Warner Bros. announced that the Margot Robbie-led female superhero team-up film “**Birds of Prey**” will be released in theaters (including IMAX) on Feb. 7, 2020 instead of the initially rumored Feb 14th date.

WB appears to have made the shift to give the movie a greater chance of success as there is an untitled Disney live action release on Feb. 14 going head-to-head with the 25th Bond movie. The new date means the female superheroes of DC go up against Sony’s **Peter Rabbit 2** and Paramount’s animated flick **The Loud House**.
